Record keeping compliance statement

LiveChat.stream is a directory. It produces no visual depictions of actual or simulated sexually explicit conduct, and it hosts none. All images and streams reachable through these pages are produced, hosted and delivered by third-party platforms — Chaturbate, Stripchat and BongaCams — through their public affiliate interfaces.

With respect to any visual content displayed on this site, LiveChat acts solely as a distributor of material produced by others, within the meaning of 28 C.F.R. § 75.1(c)(4), and is therefore not the producer of that content.

Where the records are held

Records required by 18 U.S.C. § 2257 and 28 C.F.R. Part 75 for the depictions displayed here are kept by the respective producing platform. Each platform publishes its own custodian of records on its site:

Age of performers

Every platform connected here verifies the identity and age of its broadcasters before permitting them to broadcast, and warrants that all persons appearing were at least 18 years of age at the time of production.

Complaints

Any concern that a person appearing through this directory is under age must be sent immediately to abuse@livechat.stream. The listing is removed on receipt and the matter is referred to the hosting platform and to law enforcement.
