Terms of service

1. Who you are contracting with

These terms govern the use of LiveChat.stream, operated by LiveChat Media Ltd., 1 Example Street, Valletta VLT 1000, Malta. Use is permitted only to adults — 18 years of age, or 21 where local law sets a higher threshold.

2. What this service is

LiveChat is a directory. It queries the public affiliate interfaces of third-party live cam platforms and presents what those platforms report as currently broadcasting. We are not the operator of those platforms, we do not employ or contract the broadcasters, and we do not host the streams. Chat, tipping, registration and payment all take place on the platform that hosts the room.

There is no guarantee that any individual profile, room or broadcast time is available. Listings appear and disappear as broadcasters go on and off air.

3. Payment

  • This directory is free to use and requires no account.
  • Public rooms on the connected platforms are free to watch.
  • Tipping, private shows and any token purchase are billed by the platform hosting the room, under that platform’s own terms and its own payment provider.
  • We never take payment for a stream and never hold a balance on your behalf.

4. Your obligations

  • Recording, capturing, re-streaming or redistributing any broadcast is prohibited.
  • Harassment, coercion, incitement to criminal acts and requests for private contact details are prohibited and are reported to the hosting platform.
  • You are responsible for whether this content is lawful where you access it.
  • Automated scraping of these pages outside the published robots rules is prohibited.

5. Affiliate relationship

Links to the connected platforms carry affiliate identifiers, and we earn a commission when a visitor signs up or spends there. This does not change the order of any list. The full ordering rules are published on the method page.

6. Availability and liability

The service is provided as is. We do not warrant uninterrupted availability, and third party feeds may fail without notice. Liability is limited to intent and gross negligence, except where mandatory law provides otherwise.

7. Changes and governing law

We may amend these terms; the current version is always published at this URL. Governing law and the place of jurisdiction follow the seat of the operator, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
